Part A: Getting started
This 90-minute introduction to the fundamentals of Pilates mat work is designed for you if you are brand new to Pilates. This is a movement workshop focusing on alignment, centring and breathing. We recommend you attend Part B after this initial lesson.
Part B: The next steps
This 90-minute progression of the fundamentals of Pilates mat work is designed for you if you have completed Part A or if you have done some Pilates before and want a refresher. This second movement workshop continues our focus on alignment, centring and breathing and takes the basics to the next level. It will help build your confidence too.
During the course of the workshop, Trish will establish your objectives and get to know you, understanding any injuries or specific requirements you have related to your health and wellbeing.
After you complete your beginner basics workshop, we will jointly agree the best way forward for you to help you achieve your goals.
Pilates beginners class sizes are limited to 6 people, so you can be assured of lots of personal attention during the 90-minute workshop.
