For those seeking more than just movement, this is for anyone looking to reconnect with their body, reset their mind, and create space for growth.

Whether you’re feeling stiff, overwhelmed, or simply ready for a change, these retreats offer a supportive space to step away from the noise, tune into your body, and nurture both physical and emotional wellbeing.

No prior experience needed.

Sound healing uses vibration, tone, and frequency to support relaxation and balance in the body and mind. Instruments like singing bowls, gongs, chimes, or even the human voice create sound waves that help slow brainwave activity, guiding you into a deeply restful, meditative state.

During a session, you simply listen and receive. Some people feel physical sensations, others experience emotional release, and many enjoy a profound sense of calm. It’s a gentle invitation to let go and allow the body’s natural healing processes to unfold.

Ayurvedic medicine focuses on addressing the root causes of imbalance rather than just treating symptoms, guiding the body toward lasting health and harmony.

Ayurveda, meaning “the science of life,” is a traditional Indian system of health with over 3,000 years of history. It recognises that each person has a unique constitution, made up of three energies, or doshas: Vata (movement), Pitta (transformation), and Kapha (structure).

True wellbeing arises from balance. Ayurveda offers simple, personalised practices: mindful eating, daily routines, herbal support, and connection with nature, to restore harmony and help you tune in to your body, mind, and spirit.

Your retreat team includes Trish, (Pilates and movement specialist), together with Emma (Sound Therapist), and Angela (Ayurveda Practitioner).

This is about bringing together mindful movement, deep restoration, and holistic wellness.

You’ll be supported throughout the day in a calm and welcoming environment, where you can reconnect, realign, and restore. You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and re-energised.

Just bring yourself, something comfy to wear, and anything that helps you feel relaxed, like a blanket, cosy socks, or a journal if you enjoy writing. You might also like to bring a water bottle.

Everything else will be taken care of, so you can simply arrive, settle in, and enjoy the time.

The half-day retreat is a flat rate of £75 per person. Payment secures your spot and helps us plan a relaxed, enjoyable experience for everyone.

We kindly ask for cancellations at least 48 hours in advance to allow us to offer your spot to someone else. Last-minute cancellations may not be refundable.
